Overview
AtkinsRéalis is a world-leading design, engineering and project management organisation. It connects people, data and technology to transform the world's infrastructure and energy systems.
In this virtual work experience programme, your students aged 13 and above will enter the world of AtkinsRéalis. They will discover what life could look like with a career in consultancy, transportation, infrastructure, aerospace, technology and much more.
With modules on 'Building a better world, 'Sustainability' and 'Energy and clean power', students explore the early careers options available to them whilst completing activities and quizzes to test their knowledge.
The programme allows students to gain a true understanding of the company. They'll also hear first-hand from employees what it is like to work for AtkinsRéalis, projects they have worked on and why they decided on a career with AtkinsRéalis.
The programme can be completed in the students' own time OR as part of a lesson over a set few weeks. The programme's content takes approximately 10 hours to complete and upon completion the student will receive a certificate.
All that is required is access to a laptop, the programme is free and you can request IT support from the provider Springpod if needed.
