Overview

Oriel Science, a Science Centre in Swansea city centre, is offering a free workshop linked to a new exhibit showcasing how we can build a greener future.

Through interactive exhibits and hands-on experiments, students will explore the emerging technologies that will help us reach the UK government’s 2050 Net Zero target. Specifically, they will learn how preventing heat loss and recycling heat from industrial processes can provide crucial energy savings.

The workshop is linked to the National Curriculum for Wales, with activities carefully differentiated for years 3 to 13. It is inclusive, engaging, and designed to deliver a high-quality experience that is both educational and inspiring for all.
